11 Minors & Age Restriction

AR777 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Services are not directed at, and must not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.

AR777 does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If AR777 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under the applicable minimum age, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage user may be returned to the original payment source where legally permissible, less any amounts required to be withheld by applicable law.
